This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We try to collect as little as possible to run the Service.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: email, name, hashed password, referral code.
- X (Twitter) profile if you link your account: X user ID, username, avatar URL.
- Verification & claim data: casino username, screenshots you upload as proof, payout wallet address.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, session cookie, device fingerprint, timestamps.
2. How We Use It
To operate the Service: authenticate you, verify casino registrations, process reward and payout claims, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, send transactional emails, and (with your consent) send our newsletter. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. In short: a session cookie keeps you logged in, an age-verified cookie remembers your 18+ confirmation, and an X-OAuth cookie is used briefly during sign-in.
4. Third Parties
- Resend — sends transactional and newsletter emails on our behalf.
- X (Twitter) — when you link your X account via OAuth.
- Hosting & CDN providers that handle traffic to our site.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes your account record and dependent data. To exercise rights manually, email [email protected].
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for compliance and audit (typically 12 months after deletion request). Audit log records of admin actions are kept as required by anti-fraud and accounting obligations.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session cookies are signed with HMAC-SHA256. Data in transit is protected by TLS. We are not immune to all attacks but follow industry-standard practices.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.
