These Terms govern your use of SpinEdge (the 'Service'). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to access online gambling-adjacent content where you reside. Use of the Service is prohibited from any jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.
2. Account & Verification
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You may not maintain more than one account. We may require proof that you registered at a partner casino through our referral link before approving rewards.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
SpinEdge is an affiliate platform. We earn a commission when you sign up at a partner casino through our links and meet certain conditions (such as making a qualifying deposit). This does not change the price or terms you receive at the partner casino.
4. Reward Claims & Payouts
Rewards advertised on SpinEdge are paid by SpinEdge (not by the partner casino) subject to verification, anti-fraud review, and the terms posted on the relevant reward page. Payouts are sent in cryptocurrency to the address you provide. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or incompatible addresses.
5. Giveaways
Giveaways are run from time to time at our discretion. Winners are announced publicly on our X (Twitter) account. To claim a giveaway prize, your SpinEdge account must be linked to the winning X username. Unclaimed prizes expire after 7 days.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not (a) operate multiple accounts, (b) use bots or automation to trigger rewards, (c) refer yourself, (d) submit falsified or edited proof images, (e) use the Service in connection with money laundering or fraud, or (f) attempt to circumvent geographic, age, or technical restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinEdge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid rewards owed to you, if any.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or compliance reasons. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
